🕖 7:30am – Free Power Hour workout
🕗 8:45am – Free HIGH Fitness workout
(Come to one or double-day it!)
🕙 10am–12pm Open House — Drop in anytime to:
• Get tape measurements & body composition testing
• Take progress photos
• Set goals for the session
• Sample healthy Kaia recipes
• Meet the coaches
• Ask questions and get set up for success
